Townhouse is a two bedroom, two and a half bath. Central A/C, washer dryer hookup, all electrical appliances. Range, fridge, dish washer are all included. Size is right at 1000 sq feet. Small fenced back yard, with no buildings to the South. Storage area in the back of the house. Upstairs baths have full bathtub. Kitchen has lanolium as does the entryway and baths. Kitchen has an opening to the living room for an open look. Fireplace is electric but gives off heat and appears to be real flames. Masonry around the fireplace. Townhome is in very good condition and is almost 3 years old. Some minor cleanup and it will be ready to occupy.
